2. Purpose and scope of application
This Legal Notice governs the use of the website reformaspuravida.es (hereinafter, “the Site”), the purpose of which is to provide information about the full renovation, bathroom, kitchen, swimming pool and new-build construction services provided by the owner, and to facilitate contact from potential clients via contact form, telephone or WhatsApp.
The Site is purely informational in nature: it does not allow services to be contracted or paid for electronically. Specific quotes are always drawn up separately, following direct contact with the client.
3. Terms of use
Access to and use of the Site confers the status of user and implies full acceptance of the terms set out in this Legal Notice. The user undertakes to make appropriate and lawful use of the Site, refraining from using it for unlawful purposes, purposes that infringe third-party rights, or purposes that could damage, overload or prevent the normal operation of the Site.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, photographs (including images of real projects owned by the owner), design, logo and other content on the Site are the property of the owner or are used with due authorisation, and are protected under intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution or public communication, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the express authorisation of the owner.
5. Disclaimer of liability
The owner does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the Site and is not liable for damages arising from interruptions, computer viruses, faults or disconnections, without prejudice to the reasonable security measures adopted.
The prices, timeframes and technical details shown for guidance purposes on the Site do not constitute a binding offer. The actual, final quote is drawn up in writing following a direct assessment of the project.

The Site includes links to third-party services not controlled by the owner, in particular:
- WhatsApp (wa.me), operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta): by clicking the WhatsApp button, the user leaves the Site and the conversation is handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
- OpenStreetMap, used solely to display an approximate location map on the Contact page.
The owner is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the Site, and without prejudice to any venue that may apply under consumer protection regulations, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
